Biomagnetic pair

Bio Magnetism

Biomagnetism is a revolutionary, scientific and therapeutic approach to wellness that differs from traditional medicine, homeopathy, herbs and natural therapies. It is perfectly compatible with any other traditional or alternative modality. It is an internationally practiced health approach that strives to attain bio-energetic balance in the human body; the state of natural health known as “homeostasis”. It involves the precise and proper (North/South polarity) placement of special high field strength magnets over very specific areas of the body, to support regulation of pH in these very areas. By maintaining adequate pH, homeostasis may be reestablished so that the body can heal itself.

This therapy stimulates normal immune system function, increased circulation and oxygenation, normalizing response to inflammation and many more positive effects on our bodies. It is believed that pH imbalances may ultimately accumulate and combine to allow the development of symptoms, syndromes and other health conditions in our bodies.

Yoga

Both Pamela and Ivan are qualified to teach yoga. Between them, they instruct 3 styles of yoga, so depending on your preferences, they can easily create classes to suit whatever you want.

Vinyasa yoga is also called “flow yoga” or “vinyasa flow”. It is an incredibly common style. It is a style of yoga where the poses are synchronized with the breath in a continuous rhythmic flow.

Hatha yoga derives its name from the Sanskrit words for sun and moon, and it’s designed to balance opposing forces. It is a blanket term for many different ‘styles’ and schools that use the body as a means for self-inquiry.

Ashtanga is a very physical, flow-style yoga with hands-on adjustments, created by K Pattabhi Jois. It is a set sequence that enables the practitioner to focus their attention on the breath. Literally translated as “8 limbs”, Ashtanga is part of an ethical and spiritual practice, drawn from the ancient teachings of Patanjali.

Breathwork

Infinite breath

Infinite Breath (breathwork) uses conscious breathing to explore our internal balance, awaken dormant vital energy, while simultaneously filling ourselves with new. It awakens our parasympathetic nervous system which enables a deep relaxation at all levels. Accompanied by healing music you will feel a great release of stress and the regeneration of your bioenergetic system.

Pamela guides you through the process of breathing as the session unfolds, helping you to remain focused and explore your internal dimensions within. Coupled with the healing music this is a truly beautiful and uniquetherapy.

Pacified river

Janzu

Janzu means “pacified river” and the purpose of a session is to calm you down and relax your body thanks to the lifting effect of water or Archimedes force, combined with the fluidity of the movements initiated by the practitioner.

It looks like a dance, where the patient lets himself be cradled like a baby floating on the surface. The movements are gentle, intuitively guided by water and in harmony with your breathing. It is through a set of movements that the body deeply relaxes, realigns and re-harmonizes by itself. There is no manipulation, just a “Flow”. Janzu’s nickname is “Rebirth therapy” and is based on the therapeutic properties of the water element.
